I know firsthand how difficult it can be to maintain a yoga and meditation practice on the road. At home, I’m steady in my morning yoga and meditation practice. I thought that it would be extremely doable to fit it in while backpacking Asia, and it’s been shockingly difficult! Luckily, there’s some amazing English speaking yoga studios all around Asia and I’m excited to share my favorite experiences with you.
